Ruth Mosch, LL.M.
Ruth Mosch is a member of the Executive Committee of the German Institution of Arbitration. Her primary focus is on case-management.
She studied law in Freiburg and Bonn, Germany, and Grenoble, France. During the two years of practical legal training before taking the bar exam (Second State Examination) she worked inter alia for the German law firm CMS Hasche Sigle and for the German Permanent Mission to the UN in Geneva, Switzerland.
Ruth learned the theory of international arbitration in the Master of International Dispute Settlement Program in Geneva, Switzerland. She gained practical experience in the international arbitration groups of the law firms Lalive, Geneva and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Paris.
